Summary:

iDeal Software Group is looking for a dedicated software sales representative who would like to join a team of energetic professionals. The role is responsible to build enterprise cloud solutions for the construction and building industry. The Enterprise Software Sales Representative will be  reporting to the Vice President of Business Development and work closely with the Product Development and Marketing Departments. This is an independent contractor position, full-time or part-time, base + commission. The schedule for the position is Monday-Friday, with the ability to work from home, and frequent travel to meet with potential customers. Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads provided by marketing department and maintain an organized sales pipeline
  • Learn and understand the bidding process for construction projects, proposal writing, and the follow-up process and the benefits of using iDeal Software solutions for construction companies
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate iDeal Software solutions
  • Demonstrate iDeal Software solutions to prospects and current clients
  • Maintain relationships with current clients by providing information, researching and recommending service improvements and product enhancements
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments

Education, Experience, and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or any related field

Experience:

  • 2+ years of B2B software sales experience preferred
  • 2+ years of phone prospecting experience
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields 

Skills:

  • Ability to clearly communicate the benefits of using iDeal Software Solutions to sales people, estimators, and senior executives from construction companies, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Proven ability to manage a complex sales cycle with a track record of conversion and attainment
  • Excellent negotiating and closing skills with prospects and customers
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Knowledge of construction sales process, bidding and proposal writing process
  • Positive attitude, flexible and adaptable to change
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills

    iDeal Software Group is looking for a dedicated Software Customer Support Representative who

    would like to join a team of energetic professionals. iDeal Software Group builds enterprise cloud solutions for the construction and building industry. The position will be part of the Customer Service department. The Software Customer Support Representative must show exceptional customer support at any time. You will provide help with technical support questions and much more. This is a remote, independent contractor position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
    • Participate in frequent check-ins with customers after onboarding is completed
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
    • Communicate with customers through various communication channels
    • Acknowledge and solve customer issues and complaints
    • Understand the business product inside and out
    • Process orders, forms, application, and requests as needed
    • Keep record of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
    • Communicate with internal stakeholders and departments
    • Provide feedback to upper management on the efficiency of the customer support process
    • Research, navigate and locate answers from web pages
    • Show a sincere desire to assist customers and put their needs first
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management

    Education, Experience, and Skills:

    Education:

    • Highschool diploma

    Experience:

    • At least 2-3  years’ experience in a high-volume customer service role
