Software Sales Representative

iDeal CRM is a sales management tool specifically developed to fit the construction sales process. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dynamic, and innovative Sales professional with a ‘can do’ spirit to drive awareness of and sales growth for iDeal across the Americas and… beyond.

iDeal Software Group developed an enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) cloud solution for the construction and building industry. The iDeal Software Sales Representative will be part of our Business Development team reporting to the Vice President of Business Development. They will also work closely with the iDeal product development and marketing departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads provided by the marketing department and maintain an organized sales pipeline
  • Learn and understand the benefits of using the iDeal Software solution for construction companies to expedite the bidding process, proposal writing, and follow-up process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate iDeal Software solution.
  • Demonstrate iDeal Software solutions to prospects and current clients.
  • Maintain relationships with current clients by providing industry research and product information, e.g., product enhancements and service improvements.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to clearly communicate the benefits of using iDeal Software Solutions to business development professionals, estimators, and executives at construction companies, including general contractors and subcontractors
  • Proven ability to manage a complex sales cycle with a track record of conversion and retention
  • Excellent negotiating and closing skills with prospects and customers
  • In-depth knowledge of construction sales process, bidding and proposal writing
  • 2+ years of B2B software sales experience preferred
  • 2+ years of phone prospecting experience preferred

Software Customer Success Manager

iDeal CRM is a sales management tool specifically developed to fit the construction sales process. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Customer Success professional with a ‘customer first’ spirit to ensure customers are receiving the tools and support needed to achieve their goals. This includes onboarding new users after purchase of iDeal CRM.

iDeal Software Group developed an enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) cloud solution in the Cloud specifically for the construction and building industry. The iDeal Customer Success Manager will be part of our Business Development team reporting to the Vice President of Business Development.   They will also work closely with the iDeal product development department to keep customers up to date on, and promote product enhancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate iDeal Software solutions to prospects and current clients.
  • Build customer loyalty and close long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor and resolve understand customer issues.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing industry research and product information, e.g., product enhancements and service improvements.

  • 2+ years of B2B construction experience preferred
