Another area we worked on improving is email communication with your clients. There are a few important aspects of this automation that we’d like to touch on here:

  • We didn’t create another Inbox. We didn’t add yet another place for you to manage and check email. It doesn’t matter to us whether you use Outlook or Gmail for Business, or another email service. You send email from iDeal but replies come back to your Inbox and the emails show in your Sent folder.
  • You can set up the system to send automatic emails to your clients. The triggers for emails to go out from the system vary. From an opened proposal, unresponsive contact, a follow-up activity, to a contact’s birthday.
  • Send auto-populated emails to a contact with one click. We offer various email templates for contacts. For instance, you can send an email that lists all open opportunities with that contact. Or all open opportunities with that company. And many more templates available in the system.
  • Send auto-populated emails for an opportunity. This comes in very handy when you bid multiple clients on one project. With one click, you can email all companies you sent proposals to for that opportunity to ask whether they got the job or not, or to check on your price for example.
